Since its foundation as the cave monastery in 1051 the Lavra has been a preeminent center of the Eastern Orthodox Christianity in Eastern Europe. Together with the Saint Sophia Cathedral, it is inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Tour to Ukrainian Village (Ukrainskoe Selo) with Handicrafts Masterclass (4 hrs.)
Coming from different parts of Ukraine, people brought and preserved traditions of folk architecture, trades, handicrafts to UkrainskoeSelo. Moreover, you can join one of the master classes you like: pottery, smith metal, baking in Ukrainian stove, making traditional motanka doll, pysanka drawing (Eastern eggs) and moonshine making.

The museum of Pyrohovo Village was founded in the late 1960s. For the period of its existence the museum has accumulated a rich collection of over 200 structures, some of which were brought there from various parts of the country. The museum also boasts an impressive 40,000 collection of folk costumes, embroidery, carpets, ceramics, articles of metal, wood, glassware, musical instruments, paintings, tools and household articles.

We will see Metechi church of Holy Virgin - built in 5th century and rebuilt in 13th century. Royal palace was situated here before moving to Narikala Castle. Metekhi is a central-domed church. Visit monument of Mother Georgia and see the Sameba cathedral - Holy Trinity Cathedral, called as “Millennium Building”. Sameba is the greatest Orthodox Cathedral in Georgia and Caucasus. It represents the synthesis of cross–domed and central-domed churches. It is 100 meters in height.

Gori was founded by one of the greatest kings of Georgia, David the Builder (1089–1125). Visit The Joseph Stalin Museum in Gori.
In Uplistsikhe, carved into rocky plateau, we will find huge echoing halls, long meandering corridor-streets, chambers for pagan worship and even the remains of Georgia's oldest theatre, complete with auditorium, stage and orchestra pit.
• Sighnagli(6 hrs)
Sighnaghi is usually called “City of Love”. The town is walled with the remnants of 18th-century fortifications. There are two Georgian Orthodox churches in the town itself - one dedicated to St. George and the other to St. Stephen. We will visit Sighnaghi Museum of Local Lore, displaying unique materials found during different archeological excavations.
• Mtskheta(3 hrs)
We visit the ancient capital and religious centre of Georgia – Mtskheta (3000 years old) and see its historical places: Jvari church (6thcentury) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century) where the Robe of Christ is buried. Both Jvari and Svetitskhoveli are UNESCO World Heritage sites.
• Anauri+Kazbegi+Gudauri(8-10 hrs)
Visit Ananuri architectural complex (17thcentury), the two churches and the fortress overlook the Zhinvali water reservoir. The drive is very scenic through high Caucasus Mountains. A stunning drive from Gudauri along the Tergi River will bring us to Kazbegi – the main town in the region. We drive back to the town and before returning to Gudauri drive to dramatic Dariali Gorge.
